摘要
目前手术切除是治疗结直肠癌的主要方法,同时辅以放疗化疗等综合治疗方法。直肠癌根治术分为3种:Miles术、Dixon术、Hartmann术。本文总结1例直肠癌患者行Hartmann术后肠造口皮肤黏膜分离的护理体会。肠造口治疗师通过皮肤护理、敷料选择、患者及其家属居家护理以及心理护理,解决患者肠造口并发症,促进患者康复,提高生活质量。
Currently,surgery,usually supplemented with other adjunctive therapies,is the only potentially curative treatment modality for rectal cancer.There are tree common types of radi⁃cal resection of rectal carcinoma:abdominoperineal resection(Miles procedure),low anterior re⁃section(Dixon procedure)and Hartmann’s procedure.This paper summarized the nursing man⁃agement of a rectal cancer patient with skin mucous membrane separation after Hartmann’s proce⁃dure.The enterostomal therapist carried out skin care,dressing management,home-based care and psychological care,in order to treat complications of enterostomy and improve the rehabilita⁃tion of the patient.
