长江经济带工业绿色全要素水资源效率的区域差异与随机收敛被引量：2

Regional Differences and Stochastic Convergence of Industrial Green Total Factor Water Resources Efficiency in the Yangtze River Economic Belt

摘要在全要素生产率框架下,基于非期望产出的SBM模型测算了2004—2019年长江经济带工业绿色全要素水资源效率的时序变化特点,在此基础上通过Dagum基尼系数分解分析其区域差异及来源,并通过空间杜宾模型分析其空间收敛效应。研究表明:(1)长江经济带工业绿色全要素水资源利用效率逐年提高,但流域内仍存在巨大差异;(2)水资源效率的总体差异呈缩小趋势,区域间差异是区域差异的主要来源;(3)水资源效率存在较为稳定的空间相关性,基本形成了以上海、浙江为中心的“高质量增长极”以及以上游地区为中心的“低水平发展陷阱”;(4)长江经济带以及上游、中游、下游的工业绿色全要素水资源效率均存在β收敛。基于以上结论,本文提出从四个方面提出建议,为提升长江经济带工业绿色全要素水资源效率提供参考。 Under the framework of total factor productivity, this paper calculates the time-series characteristics of water resources efficiency of industrial green total factor in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2004 to 2019 based on the SBM model of unexpected output. On this basis, Dagum’s Gini coefficient decomposition is used to analyze its regional differences and sources, and its spatial convergence effect is analyzed by the spatial Durbin model. The study shows that:(1) The industrial green total factor water resources utilization efficiency of the Yangtze River Economic Belt has been improving year by year, but there are still huge differences within the basin;(2) The overall difference in water resources efficiency tends to narrow, and inter-regional differences are the main source of regional differences;(3) There is a relatively stable spatial correlation in water resources efficiency, basically forming a “high-quality growth pole” centered on Shanghai and Zhejiang and a “low level development trap” centered on the upper reaches;(4) There is β convergence in the Yangtze River economic belt and the industrial green total factor water resources efficiency in the upper, middle and lower reaches. Based on the above findings, this paper proposes suggestions from four aspects to improve the industrial green total factor water resource efficiency of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
