摘要
为了提高新时代互联网背景下高职院校学生管理工作效果,通过理论分析、实证研究与请教专家学者等方式,对互联网时代高职院校学生管理工作面临的机遇与挑战进行分析和总结,为接下来提出加强高职院校学生管理工作进一步发展策略奠定基础。基于此,高职院校必须加强注重学工队伍教育培训、学生管理工作思维的创新,强化学工队伍的网络地位、构建高效合理的学生管理体制,不断提高学生管理效果、设立合适的学生自我管理制度,发挥互联网技术优势,强化学生管理工作质量,增强学生管理工作成效等,从而培养合格人才。
In an effort to improve the management effect of higher vocational students under the background of Internet in the new era, this paper analyzes and summarizes the opportunities and challenges of student management work in higher vocational college in the era of Internet through theoretical analysis, empirical research and consultation of the experts and scholars. And this will also lay the foundation for the further development strategy of student management work in higher vocational college. Based on this, higher vocational colleges must strengthen the education and training of student worker team and innovation of student management thought, strengthen the network status of the student worker team, construct efficient and reasonable student management system, continuously improve the effect of student management, set up reasonable student self-management system, take full advantages of Internet technological superiority, reinforce the quality of student management work, and enhance the effect of student management work.
