摘要
探讨企业集团电子文件归档范围、归档和开发利用方式,通过列举归档范围主要涵盖的电子文件种类,探讨电子文件归档方式。同时,对已归档的电子档案进行知识性开发,针对不同种类提供不同的利用方式,为企业集团业务工作提供知识服务。
The purpose of this paper is to discuss the filing scope,filing 、exploitation and utilization patterns of electronic documents in enterprise groups. By listing the types of electronic documents covered by the filing scope,the paper discusses the filing patterns of electronic documents. At the same time,we will carry out knowledge exploitation on the electronic archives,provide different utilization patterns for different types,and provide knowledge services for the business work of enterprise groups.
