摘要
目的分析血小板参数与降钙素原(PCT)在急性脑梗死(ACI)患者中的水平及临床意义。方法以2021年4月至2022年4月收治的50例ACI患者为观察组,以同期50例健康者为对照组。检测两组的PCT、红细胞分布宽度(RDW)、平均血小板体积(MPV)水平,分析其与ACI患者预后的关系。结果观察组PCT、RDW、MPV水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。50例ACI患者随访3个月,28例(56.00%)患者预后不良。Logistic多因素回归分析显示,糖尿病、PCT、RDW、MPV为影响ACI患者预后的危险因素(P<0.05)。PCT、RDW、MPV及联合检测预测ACI患者预后的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.887、0.859、0.845、0.980,联合检测预测ACI患者预后的AUC高于PCT、RDW、MPV单独检测(P<0.05)。结论PCT、RDW、MPV在ACI患者中高表达,且与患者的预后关系密切,三者联合检测有助于早期评估ACI患者预后。
Objective To analyze the levels of platelet parameters and procalcitonin(PCT)in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI)and the clinical significance.Methods 50 ACI patients from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected as observation group,and 50 healthy people at the same time were selected as as control group.PCT,red blood cell distribution width(RDW)and mean platelet volume(MPV)were detected in the two groups to analyze the correlation with the prognosis of ACI patients.Results The PCT,RDW and MPV levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).50 ACI patients were followed up for 3 months,and 28 cases(56.00%)had poor prognosis.Logistic regression analysis showed that diabetes,PCT,RDW and MPV were the risk factors affecting the prognosis of ACI patients(P<0.05).The area under the curve(AUC)of PCT,RDW,MPV and combined detection for predicting the prognosis of ACI patients were 0.887,0.859,0.845 and 0.980 respectively.The AUC of the combined detection for predicting the prognosis of ACI patients was higher than that of PCT,RDW and MPV alone(P<0.05).Conclusions PCT,RDW and MPV are highly expressed in ACI patients,and they are closely related to the prognosis of patients.The combined detection of PCT,RDW and MPV is helpful to early evaluate the prognosis of ACI patients.
