Preparation and Performance Tests of Graphite Oxide Modified Xarbon Diber/epoxy Eesin Composites for Sports Equipment

摘要 针对碳纤维/环氧树脂材料用于高端体育器材时耐热性能和耐冲击性能较差的问题,提出用氧化石墨烯对其进行改性。通过动态热机械能试验和冲击后压缩强度试验,对改性后氧化石墨烯/碳纤维/环氧树脂(GO/CF/EP)复合材料的性能进行测试。结果表明:在复合体系内,氧化石墨烯掺量为0.2%(质量分数)时,复合材料玻璃转化温度为201℃,复合材料凹陷深度和损伤面积分别为1.01 mm和1 089 mm^(2),冲击后抗压缩强度为180 MPa,表现出较好的性能。 In view of the poor heat and impact resistance of carbon fiber/epoxy resin used in high-end sports equipment, it is proposed to modify it with graphene oxide. The properties of the modified graphene oxide/carbon fiber/epoxy resin composites were tested by dynamic thermal mechanical energy tests and post impact compression strength tests. In the composite system, when the content of graphene oxide is 0.2%, the glass transition temperature of the composite is 201 ℃, the depression depth and damage area of the composite are 1.01 mm and 1 089 mm^(2) respectively, and the compressive strength after impact is 180 MPa, showing a good performance.
