摘要
比例阀调压的液压机压力会受到液压油温度变化的影响,针对这种情况本文提出了一种基于模糊控制算法的补偿方案。首先描述了方案的结构,然后进行了模糊化、模糊推理和清晰化,得到了系统的补偿值。其次在原有的液压机系统上增加了补偿程序;最后进行了实际验证,证明该方案可以有效补偿温度变化造成的影响。
The hydraulic press pressure regulated by the proportional valve will be affected by the change of hydraulic oil temperature.In view of this situation,a compensation scheme based on fuzzy control algorithm has been proposed in the text.Firstly,the structure of the scheme has been described,and then fuzzification,fuzzy reasoning and clarification have been carried out to obtain the compensation value of the system.Secondly,the compensation program has been added to the original hydraulic press system.Finally,the actual verification shows that the scheme can effectively compensate for the influence of temperature changes.
