摘要 本文设计了基于机器视觉的智能检测控制系统,以PLC为控制核心,将机械臂、机器视觉系统和自动运输平台通过工业以太网相结合,解决在实际生产线上的PCB检测以及与MES系统通信的问题。依靠机械臂将刚生产好的PCB板抓取到自动运输平台上,平台自行移动到多个检测位置,同时机器视觉系统拍照,提取PCB的相关数据并进行缺陷检测,极大的提高了生产效率,并使得PCB缺陷、错漏插元件等漏检率降到0%,产品的效率和质量都得到极大的提高。 An intelligent detection and control system based on machine vision is designed. With PLC as the control core, the robot arm, machine vision system and automatic transportation platform are combined through industrial Ethernet to solve the problems of PCB detection on the actual production line and communication with MES system. The newly produced PCB is grabbed onto the automatic transportation platform by the mechanical arm, and the platform moves to multiple detection positions by itself. At the same time, the machine vision system takes photos, extracts PCB related data, and performs defect detection, which greatly improves the production efficiency, reduces the missed detection rate of PCB defects, wrong or missing insertion components, etc. to 0%, and greatly improves the efficiency and quality of products.
