摘要
为应对市场环境的变化,探索基层实体书店的转型路径和发展策略。文章以云上乡愁书院为考察个案,通过分析其建设理念、运营模式、基本定位、建设成效,探究其作为文化地标、空间媒介和记忆中介所开展的空间实践及其生发的多重文化意义。指出在地化发展、多元化经营、治理式嵌入等实体书店发展经验启示,提出凸显实体书店转型中的平台思维、构筑基层公共文化空间、搭建地方性文化场景等建议,以为基层实体书店未来转型发展提供方向。
In order to cope with the change of the market environment,it is necessary to explore the transformation path and development strategy of grassroots physical bookstores.This paper takes Yunshang Nostalgia Bookstore as a case study,and through analyzing its construction concept,operation mode,basic positioning and construction results,explores its spatial practice as a cultural landmark,a space medium and a memory intermediary and its multiple cultural significance.This paper points out the experience and enlightenment of physical bookstore embedding in the grassroots level,such as localization development,diversified operation and governance embeddedness,and puts forward some suggestions,such as highlighting the platform thinking in the transformation of physical bookstores,constructing the grassroots public cultural space and constructing the local cultural scene,so as to provide the direction for the future transformation and development of grassroots physical bookstores.
