常规选矿法不能有效回收水淬渣中铁的原因探讨

摘要 用XRD来分析炉渣中铁的赋存状态,同时利用反浮选法、磁选法对其进行回收探索试验。虽然铁的回收率较高,但其品位不高。用XRD、DSC/TG、SEM-EDS、Mossbauer等方法研究了反射炉水淬渣的工艺矿物学,结果表明:此炉渣总铁占41.32%,其中32.5%的Fe以Fe_(3)O_(4)的形式存在,53.5%的Fe以2FeO·SiO_(2)的形式存在,Fe、Si、O元素紧密共生,相互交织。找到常规选矿法不能有效回收浮选尾矿中铁的原因,并提出解决方法。 The occurrence state of iron in furnace slag was analyzed by XRD,and the recovery probe trial was carried out by using of anti-flotation method and magnetic separation method.The recovery rate of Iron is high,but its grade is not high.The process mineralogy of water-quenched slag in reverberatory furnace was studied by XRD,DSC/TG,SEM-EDS,Mossbauer and the other methods,the results show:the total iron in the furnace slag is 41.32%,32.5%Fe was existed in Fe_(3)O_(4)form,5.35%Fe was exissted in 2FeO·SiO_(2)form,Fe,Si,O were coexisted and interwined closely.Therefore,the reason that iron in water-quenched slag can not be effectively recycled by conventional beneficiation method were found out,and the solutions were proposed.
