近距离煤层群上下煤层回采巷道合理位置研究 被引量:10

摘要 针对近距离煤层群上下煤层回采巷道合理布置问题,采用理论分析、数值模拟及现场考察等方法,研究分析了某矿2#煤层开采后遗留区段煤柱应力分布特征及对下邻近层4#煤层的影响规律。通过建立力学模型、理论计算得出2#煤层遗留煤柱对下邻近层4#煤层的影响范围为23 m。进一步由数值模拟分析煤层应力变化、应力集中程度以及煤壁超前应力分布规律,确定下邻近层4#煤层回采巷道合理布置错距为35 m。现场考察表明,错距为35 m布置巷道支护效果较好,未出现强烈的矿压显现,为近距离煤层群上下煤层协同安全高效开采提供了依据。 In order to solve the problem of rational layout of the upper and lower coal seam roadway in the near coal seam group, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and on-site examination are adopted. The stress distribution characteristics of the residual coal pillar and its influence law on the No.4 coal seam in the adjacent layer after the mining of No.2 coal seam in a mine are studied and analyzed. Through the establishment of mechanical model and theoretical calculation, it is concluded that the influence range of the remaining coal pillar of No.2 coal seam on the adjacent layer of No.4coal seam is 23 m. Furthermore, the stress concentration degree of coal seam stress change and the distribution law of coal wall advance stress were analyzed by numerical simulation, and the reasonable spacing of mining roadway in adjacent layer No.4 coal seam was determined to be 35 m. The field investigation shows that the support effect is better when the staggered distance is 35 m, and there is no strong ore pressure. The research results provide a basis for the cooperative safe and efficient mining of the upper and lower seams in the close coal group.
