摘要
由于^(237)Np属于高毒组核素,进入人体会沉积在骨骼、肝脏、肌肉组织中,不易排出,对人体产生内照射危害.近年来,对超铀核素的快速分析监测也十分重视,质谱仪和传统α谱仪在超铀核素的测量方面得到广泛的应用.本文综述了环境和生物样品中^(237)Np的分析测量技术,着重介绍了尿样中^(237)Np的预处理、分离纯化、制样、测量等步骤.指出尿中^(237)Np分析方法的难点和不足,展望总结尿样中^(237)Np的监测与分析技术.
^(237)Np is a highly toxic nuclide,it will be deposited in the bones,liver,and muscle tissue when entering the human body,and it is not easy to be discharged,causing internal exposure hazards to the human body.In recent years,great atention has been paid to the rapid analysis and monitoring of transuranic nuclides,and mass spectrometers and traditional alpha spectrometers have been widely used in the measurement of transuranic nuclides.This paper reviews the analysis and measurement techniques of^(237)Np in environmental and biological samples,focusing on the pretreatment,separation and purification,sample preparation,and measurement steps of^(237)Np in urine samples.The difficulties and shortcomings of the analysis method of^(237)Np in urine were highlighted,and the monitoring and determination technology of^(237)Np in urine was also prospected.
