摘要
柔性制造系统是制造业为适应市场的多样化、个性化、快速化所做出的重大变革,其中柔性夹具作为柔性制造系统设备层柔性的关键,具有重要作用。梳理了柔性夹具的类型,总结了柔性夹具的设计要求及其设计方法,最后展望了柔性夹具及其设计方法的发展趋势。
Flexible manufacturing system is a major change made by the manufacturing industry to adapt to the diversification,personalization and rapidity of the market,in which flexible fixtures play an important role as the key to the flexibility of the equipment layer of the flexible manufacturing system.The types of flexible fixtures were sorted out,the design requirements of flexible fixtures and their design methods were summarized,and finally the development trend of flexible fixtures and their design methods was prospected.
