摘要
《“十四五”推进西部陆海新通道高质量建设实施方案》赋予了西部陆海新通道新的规划布局与战略地位,而如何在“世界百年之未有的大变局”中实现新通道的“高质量建设”则成为了破局的关键;文章从“双循环”新发展格局的视角出发,分析与探讨新通道建设与内外循环、“一带一路”、能源安全保障、区域经济协同发展等方面的内在关联;在此基础上,提出新通道促进区域经济发展的建议。
“The‘14th Five-Year’Propel New Western Land-Sea Corridor with High-Quality Construction of Implementation Program”endowed with an Allocation Plan and Strategic Position of New Western Land-sea Corridor.Moreover how to achieve‘High-Quality Construction’of the New Western Land-sea Corridor should be the breaking key within‘The vastly variation in 21th century’.Base on a vision of New Development Pattern with‘Dual Circulation’,to analysis and reflect on the internal relevance between the New Western Land-sea Corridor and domestic-international circulation,Belt and Road Propose,Protection of Energy Security and Coordinated Development of Regional Economic,to lay out some opinions and comments on enhanced and developed regional economic by New Western Land-sea Corridor.
