摘要
智慧停车系统的实施可有效解决停车难、停车管理不规范等问题。结合智慧停车发展现状,从车主、停车管理主体和城市发展3个角度分析了智慧停车系统应具备的功能需求,提出了智慧停车系统的架构,并对架构的组成及其之间的联系进行了阐述,分析讨论了智慧停车系统应用面临的困境和挑战,并探索了相应的应对策略。提出的架构从根源上打破了停车资源信息孤立的困境,可提高停车资源的利用率、缓解城市交通压力、实现停车资源分权分则统一管理,为智慧停车系统的实施应用提供了参考。
The implementation application of the smart parking system can effectively solve the problems of parking difficulties and irregular parking management.Based on the development status of smart parking,the requirements of smart parking system are analyzed from the perspectives of users,managers and urban development to propose an architecture whose components and their connections are illustrated.The plights and challenges of the implementation of smart parking system are analyzed and discussed,and the corresponding coping strategies are explored.The proposed architecture breaks the plight of parking resources isolation,improves the utilization rate of parking resources,relieves urban traffic pressure,realizes the unified management of parking resources by decentralization,which provides reference for the implementation application of smart parking system.
