摘要
矿用防爆柴油机作为煤矿无轨胶轮车的动力系统,由于煤矿安标要求和使用条件较差,对可靠性有更高的要求。介绍了目前常用的可靠性分配,利用评分分配法对防爆柴油机主要系统进行了可靠性分配,给出了结果并提出建议。
As the power system of the trakless vehicle with rubber wheel for the mine, the flameproof diesel engine system has higher requirements for reliability due to coal mine safety standard requirements and poor use conditions. Introduced common reliability distribution, carried out the reliability distribution of the main system of flame proof diesel engine by using scoring allocation method, gave the results and made suggestions.
