水平孔光纤光栅应变传感器布设装置设计 被引量:5

摘要 光纤光栅监测手段在煤矿井下应用比较广泛,用来监测工作面的应力变化以及瓦斯浓度等参数。为了更加精确地监测,将光纤光栅传感器布置在水平深孔内,监测的重要环节是要确保光纤光栅应变传感器能够和孔壁有效耦合,这样才能采集到准确的信号。设计的水平孔光纤光栅应变传感器布设装置采用水力输送的方式将光纤光栅传感器布置在孔内,其操作简单、方便灵活,能有效探查孔内情况,与煤壁的接触度好,且可靠性高、方便回收,大大提高了监测施工的效率。 Fiber bragg grating monitoring method is widely used in underground coal mine to monitor the stress change of working face, gas concentration and other parameters. In order to monitor more accurately, the fiber bragg grating sensor is arranged in the horizontal deep hole. The important link of monitoring is to ensure that the fiber bragg grating strain sensor can be effectively coupled with the hole wall, so as to collect accurate signals. The horizontal hole fiber bragg grating strain sensor layout device designed adopts the way of hydraulic transmission to arrange the fiber bragg grating sensor in the hole. Its operation is simple, convenient and flexible, it can effectively detect the situation in the hole, and has good contact with the coal wall, high reliability and convenient recovery, which greatly improves the efficiency of monitoring construction.
