摘要
优秀的中华传统法治文明,是习近平法治思想的重要来源与基础。以儒家、法家为代表的中国优秀法治文明,与现代法治并不相悖。国家富强的目标、奋力改革的取向、德法并治的方式,有利于推动法治建设与国家发展,并构建适应中国人民生活的法治模式。人民取向的法治观、平等的法律保护、“天下大同”的法治视野,又成为现代法治创新的重要智识资源。
The Chinese traditional law civilization is an important source and foundation of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law.China’s excellent law civilization,represented by Confucianism and Legalism,is not contrary to the modern rule of law.The goal of national prosperity,the orientation of striving for reform,and the way of combining morality and law are conducive to promoting the construction of the rule of law and the development of the country,and the construction of a rule of law model adapted to the life of Chinese people.The people’s oriented view of the rule of law,equal legal protection,and the vision of“universal harmony in the world”have become an important intellectual resource for the innovation of modern rule of law.
