摘要
麦尔兹双膛窑对石灰煅烧温度的要求较为严格,控制煅烧温度就要在源头对煤气流量进行精确控制。基于西门子414-4H冗余型PLC控制系统,引入温压补偿措施控制双膛窑煅烧温度。简述了温压补偿的原理、控制系统架构和实现方式,总结了实际生产中煤气流量异常情况的解决措施,并根据温压补偿原理设计了煤气流量异常的自诊断和纠偏方案。通过判断煤气温度曲线斜率、累计煤气压力波动次数,并引入加权平均值和极限数据判断法,实现煤气流量的自诊断及纠偏,减少煤气流量测量数据的失真度,确保双膛窑正常生产。
The requirements for lime calcination temperature of Melz double chamber kiln are relatively strict,and the control of calcination temperature requires accurate control of gas flow at the source.Based on Siemens 414-4H redundant PLC control system,temperature and pressure compensation measures are introduced to control the calcination temperature of double chamber kiln.This paper briefly introduces the principle of temperature and pressure compensation,the control system architecture and the implementation mode,summarizes the solutions to the abnormal gas flow in actual production,and designs the self diagnosis and correction scheme of the abnormal gas flow according to the temperature and pressure compensation principle.By judging the slope of the gas temperature curve,the cumulative number of gas pressure fluctuations,and introducing the weighted average value and limit data judgment methods,the self diagnosis and correction of gas flow are realized,the distortion of the gas flow measurement data is reduced,and the normal production of the twin chamber kiln is ensured.
