摘要
实验室危险化学品安全管理工作是科研工作正常开展的基本前提,必须有一个完整健全的体系建设。本文在实验室危险化学品备受关注的背景下,以北京市密云水库管理处水环境监测分中心实验室为研究对象,从实验室危险化学品储存场所安全管理建设、危险化学品安全管理责任体系建设、危险化学品安全应急体系建设三方面进行阐述,并提出完善危险化学品安全管理体系建设的合理化建议。旨在与同业人事交流经验,共同提升实验室危险化学品安全管理体系建设水平。
The safety management of hazardous chemicals in laboratory is the basic premise of scientific research,and a complete and sound system must be built.The laboratory of the water environmental monitoring sub-center of the Miyun Reservoir Management Office was taken as the object of study,the construction of the safety management of the storage place of the dangerous chemicals in the laboratory,the construction of the responsibility system of the safety management of the dangerous chemicals and the construction of the emergency system of the safety of the dangerous chemicals were expounded,and improvement of the safety management system of hazardous chemicals rationalization proposals was put forward.The purpose was to exchange experience with colleagues and jointly enhance the level of laboratory hazardous chemicals safety management system construction.
