摘要
采用某在线旅游供应商提供的客户信息数据作为研究样本,使用SPSS软件建立RBF神经网络模型,针对1016名会员数据进行径向基函数建模训练。结果表明,得到的模型针对白金会员和钻石会员群体的预测效果良好。运用训练好的模型针对166名非会员客户进行分类预测,筛选出有潜力成为为钻石会员的客户子集共57名,为企业营销提供了指导。
The customer information data provided by an online travel supplier was used as a research sample,and the RBF neural network model was established by SPSS software.Firstly,the radial basis function(RBF)model was trained on the data of 1016members.The results showed that the obtained model has good prediction effect for platinum members and diamond members.The trained model was used to classify and predict 166 non member customers,and 57 customers with potential to become diamond members were selected.This model can provide guidance for enterprise marketing.
