新能源运行容量可信度的精细化评估方法 被引量:5

摘要 随着风电、光伏并网规模不断增大,现有容量可信度评估指标与方法对实际运行的指导意义相对有限。文章提出了一种新的容量可信度指标,该指标能够考虑系统运行备用,以风光新能源各时刻的运行可信容量指标衡量风光对于电力系统充裕性的贡献。提出考虑多维风光荷相关性的风光新能源容量可信度评估方法,基于Pair-Copula对多维风光荷相关性进行建模,针对可信度指标尚未深入应用于运行阶段的问题提供了解决方案。最后以某实际区域电网的典型场景下风光参与电力平衡的精细化度量结果,验证了文章所提方法的有效性。 As the scale of wind power and photovoltaic integration continues to increase,how to accurately evaluate the capacity credit is an urgent problem for power system operation.Current capacity credit evaluation indexes and methods ignore high dimensional correlation between wind,photovoltaic and load,and have a long evaluation time range,which limited guidance for power system operation.In order to provide fine operation guidance for novel power system with new energy as the main body,a new capacity credit index is proposed in this paper,which can consider the reserve capacity of the system and the contribution of wind and photovoltaic to the adequacy of the power system at all times is measured by the operational capacity credit index of wind and photovoltaic.On this basis,the evaluation method of the capacity credit of wind and photovoltaic considering multi-dimensional wind-photovoltaic-load correlation is proposed.This method is based on Pair-Copula to model the multi-dimensional wind-photovoltaic-load correlation.Aiming at the problem that the existing capacity credit index has not been deeply applied to the operation stage,the solution is provided.Taking an actual regional power grid in China as a test case,the validity of the method proposed in this paper is verified.
