摘要
由于低等级公路技术等级较低、安全管理水平低、交通安全基础设施覆盖率不高,安全隐患较大,容易导致交通事故的发生。从低等级公路安全问题背景、解决问题的理论对策和解决问题的技术手段3方面展开,对低等级公路的道路特点、技术等级、设施问题和影响其道路安全的相关因素进行分析,指出要通过开展法规教育、提高运营和管理水平,并辅之技术治理手段来解决低等级公路存在的安全问题,对提高低等级公路的安全性、降低其交通事故的发生概率具有重要意义。
Due to the low technical level of low-grade highways,low level of safety management,low coverage of traffic safety infrastructural facilities,and large safety hazards,it is easy to cause traffic accidents.Starting from the background of low-grade highway safety problems,theoretical countermeasures and technical means to solve problems,the road characteristics,technical grades,facility problems and related factors affecting road safety of low-grade highways are analyzed,and it is pointed out that it is of great significance to reduce the probability of traffic accidents and improve the safety of low-grade highways to solve the safety problems of low-grade highways by carrying out legal education,improving the operation level and management level,and supplemented by technical governance means.
