摘要
针对某非开挖铺管钻机动力头主轴接头在施工中出现断裂的问题,对主轴接头进行硬度及金相组织检验、现场分析及静力分析。分析结果表明,该主轴接头的硬度和材料均符合要求,在最大拉力和最大转矩下承受的应力也在材料许用应力范围之内,且该主轴接头是在过载的状态下发生的瞬间断裂。为提升该主轴接头的承载能力,对主轴接头结构提出了改进建议。
In view of the fracture of the spindle joint of the power unit of a trenchless pipe laying drilling rig during construction, the hardness and metallographicstructure of the spindle joint are examined, analyze in situ and analyzed statically. The analysis results show that the hardness and material of the spindle joint are in accordance with the requirements, the stresses under maximum tension and maximum torque are within the permissible stress range of the material, and the spindle joint breaks instantaneously under the overload condition. To improve the load-bearing capacity of the spindle joint, suggestions are made to improve the structure of the spindle joint.
