摘要
为分析某220 k V线路杆塔倒塌原因,调查了附近气象站资料、事故杆塔的分布和使用情况以及所处位置的微地形、微气象形成条件,采用满应力计算理论对事故杆塔进行承载力校验分析。结果表明,在极端天气引发的偶然大风和峡谷效应等多重因素作用下,杆塔严重超载,导致该线路杆塔倒塌。为预防此类灾害,提出在特殊风口段采取差异化设计方案,采用“四方拉线”方案加固旧塔,以及对事故多发段加强气象数据监测等建议。
In order to analyze the cause of the collapse of a 220 kV line tower, wind data of nearby meteorological stations,distribution and usage of the accident tower and the formation conditions of micro-topography and micro-meteorology of the location are investigated. The bearing capacity of the accident tower is verified and analyzed by using the full stress calculation theory. The results show that the tower is seriously overloaded due to the accidental strong wind caused by extreme weather and Canyon effect, which leads to the collapse of the line tower. In order to prevent such failures, it is proposed to adopt a differentiated design scheme in the special section, the square stay wire scheme can be used to reinforce the old tower, and the meteorological data monitoring should be strengthened in the accident prone section.
