摘要
目的研究菊花水煎醇沉液对兔血压的影响。方法利用水煎醇沉法,提取菊花水煎醇沉液,设定低、中、高三个浓度梯度,分别为含生药0.25 g·mL^(-1),0.5 g·mL^(-1),1 g·mL^(-1)。用颈动脉插管法,连接BL-420i生物型号采集与分析系统,测定菊花水煎醇提液不同浓度给药前及给药后的血压。结果结果显示,低浓度菊花提取液对兔血压无明显影响,中、高浓度菊花提取液能够明显降低兔血压(P<0.05),浓度越高,降压效果越好。结论菊花水煎醇沉液能有效降低兔血压。
OBJECTIVE To study the effect of chrysanthemum decoction and alcohol precipitation on blood pressure in rabbits.METHODS The water decoction and alcohol precipitation method was used to extract the water decoction and alcohol precipitation solution of chrysanthemum,and the concentration gradients of low,medium and high were set as 0.25 g·mL^(-1),0.5 g·mL^(-1) and 1 g·mL^(-1) containing crude drugs respectively.Using carotid artery intubation,BL-420i biological model collection and analysis system was connected to measure the blood pressure of chrysanthemum decoction ethanol extract with different concentrations before and after administration.RESULTS The results showed that the low concentration of chrysanthemum extract had no significant effect on the rabbit′s blood pressure,and the medium and high concentration of chrysanthemum extract could significantly reduce the rabbit′s blood pressure.The higher the concentration,the better the antihypertensive effect.CONCLUSION Chrysanthemum decoction and alcohol precipitation can effectively reduce blood pressure in rabbits.
