摘要
中山市以“权属合法、界址清楚、面积准确”为基本原则,进行城市地籍调查,建立城乡一体化市级地籍调查数据库,提升权籍信息的社会化应用水平,服务城市经济社会建设。本文以中山市地籍调查为例,利用自主研发的地籍测量软件平台,结合摄影测量技术,实现对中山市地籍调查的批量化处理并快速生成地籍数据库;同时完善了地籍调查工作的技术方法,为类似项目提供有益参考和借鉴。
Based on the basic principle of “legal ownership, clear boundary address and accurate area”,the Municipal City of Zhongshan has conducted an urban cadastral survey to set up a city-level cadastral survey database of urban-rural integration to improve the socialized application of cadastral information and serve the urban social and economic development. Taking the cadastral survey of Zhongshan City as an example, this paper accomplishes the batch processing of the cadastral survey of the city and quickly generates a cadastral database by using the self-developed cadastral survey software combined with the photogrammetry technology. Meanwhile, this paper also contributes to complete the techniques of cadastral survey so as to provide useful references and inspiration for similar projects.
