摘要新时代背景下,治理秩序重构伴生的政治价值观话语扩展、对外交往过程中的经济价值观话语博弈、网络空间的文化价值观话语交锋,构成了核心价值观传播过程中交叠共生的三重语境。在社会主义核心价值观培育和践行的过程中,我国坚持政治传播、国际传播、网络传播相结合的三重面向,拓展了社会主义核心价值观传播的话语功能,赢得了社会主义核心价值观传播的话语空间与话语先机。加强和改进社会主义核心价值观传播,需要具体地分析和把握社会主义核心价值观传播的总体状况和存在问题,着力提升社会主义核心价值观传播体系中政治传播的主导地位、国际传播的自信自觉、网络传播的频度和效能,努力构建与当代中国与世界秩序治理变革相适应的价值引领机制,完善中国式现代化道路超越西方现代化之路的文明互鉴机制以及社会主义核心价值观在网络空间占位发声的同频共振机制。 In the new era,the expansion of political values discourse accompanying the reconstruction of governance order,the game of economic values discourse in the process of foreign exchanges,and the exchange of cultural values discourse in cyberspace constitute a triple context of overlapping coexistence in the process of core values propagation.For cultivate and practice of core socialist values,China adheres to the triple orientation of“political communication,international communication and network communication”,expands its discourse function and wins its discourse space and discourse opportunity.To strengthen and improve the dissemination of core socialist values,it needs to analyze and grasp its overall situation and existing problems,specifically focus on improving the leading position of political communication,the self-confidence of international communication,and the frequency and efficiency of network communication,striving to build a value leading mechanism that is compatible with the governance order changes of contemporary China and the world and improve the mechanism of mutual learning between the Chinese style modernization and the western modernization road,as well as the mechanism of CO-frequency resonance in which core socialist values take their place in cyberspace.
