摘要
皮肤鳞状细胞癌(cSCC)是皮肤恶性肿瘤中最常见的肿瘤之一,其发病率逐年提高,严重影响患者生存质量,因此寻找新的靶向标志物对诊断、治疗意义重大。近年,长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)在疾病中的作用被逐渐重视,其通过影响转录、表观遗传学、调控竞争性内源性RNA(ceRNA)网络等多种方式参与疾病的发展。cSCC相关LncRNA表达异常,通过分子、基因、信号通路等多种方式影响肿瘤表型,本文就cSCC中常见的7种LncRNA的研究进展进行综述。
Cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma(cSCC)is one of the most common types of skin cancer.The incidence of the skin cancer is increasing year by year and seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Therefore,finding new targeted markers is of great significance for diagnosis and treatment.In recent years,the role of long non-coding RNA in diseases has been paid more attention.It is involved in the development of diseases through influencing transcription,epigenetics,and regulating competitive endogenous RNA networks.In cSCC,its related LncRNAs are abnormally expressed and affect tumor phenotypes through molecular,gene,signal pathway and other ways.In this review,we summarize studies on the role of seven common long non-coding RNA in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma.
