摘要
传统纺织品杀菌工艺具有使用范围有限、会破坏材料物理性能等局限性,而超临界二氧化碳杀菌技术作为一种新型的绿色非热纺织品杀菌技术,利用二氧化碳在超临界状态下特有的黏度和扩散性对样品进行杀菌。文章从杀菌机理、影响杀菌效果的因素以及杀菌效果简要介绍了超临界二氧化碳杀菌技术,重点介绍了超临界二氧化碳杀菌技术在纺织上的应用,归纳超临界二氧化碳杀菌技术在纺织领域的发展现状,指出超临界二氧化碳杀菌技术运用于家用纺织品和医用纺织品生产存在的问题,考量杀菌设备的合规性和工艺变量对材料的影响,为推进超临界二氧化碳杀菌在纺织领域中发展提供参考。
The traditional textile sterilization process has limitations such as limited use range and destruction of material physical properties,while supercritical carbon dioxide sterilization technology,as a new green non-thermal textile sterilization technology,uses the unique viscosity and diffusion of carbon dioxide in the supercritical state to sterilize the sample.The supercritical carbon dioxide sterilization technology was briefly introduced in this paper from the sterilization mechanism,factors affecting the sterilization effect and sterilization effect,focuses on the application of supercritical carbon dioxide sterilization technology in textiles,the development status of supercritical carbon dioxide sterilization technology was summarized in the textile field,the problems existing in the application of supercritical carbon dioxide sterilization technology in the production of home textiles and medical textiles was pointed out,the compliance of sterilization equipment and the impact of process variables on materials was considered.It provides a reference for promoting the development of supercritical carbon dioxide sterilization in the textile field.
