摘要
在滑坡治理的技术方案中,抗滑桩是应用较为广泛的一种措施。抗滑桩成孔方式可采用机械钻孔,也可采用人工挖孔。在大型机械无法开展施工的作业区域,往往只能采用人工挖孔。人工挖孔过程中,常会遭遇高强度岩石地层,若继续采用人工结合风镐开挖,掘进难度增大,且效率低下。若采用爆破技术,不仅审批手续复杂,影响施工工期,还对周边环境有极高的要求,同时需投入大量的安全保障措施费用。结合工程实际,采用液压劈裂机破除孔内高强度岩石地层,既可保障施工安全,提高施工效率,又可节约工程造价,同时还可最大限度地避免对周边环境的扰动。
In the technical scheme of landslide treatment, an anti-slide pile is a widely used measure. The-pore-forming method of the anti-slide pile can be mechanical drilling or manual digging. In the operation area where large machinery cannot carry out construction, manual digging can only be used. In the process of manual digging, a high-strength rock stratum is often encountered. If the excavation method of artificial and pneumatic pick continues to be adopted, tunnelling will be more difficult and inefficient. If blasting technology is adopted,not only complicated approval procedures affect the construction period, but also this technology has extremely high requirements for the surrounding environment, and a lot of safety measures need to be invested. Combined with the engineering practice, the using of hydraulic cleaving machine to break the high-strength rock in the hole not only ensures the construction safety, and improves the construction efficiency, but also reduces the project cost, and avoids disturbance of the surrounding environment in maximum limit.
