摘要
以某煤炭企业带式输送机为研究对象,分析了输送带运转速度对偏斜托辊轴向力和跑偏量的影响规律,表明带速的增加会增大输送带的跑偏量。将输送带运转速度参数降低0.1 m/s之后,带式输送机每周的跑偏停机调整次数降低了约8次,输送机工作效率提升了近8%,节约输送带运行维护工人1~2名,降低了煤炭生产投资,为煤炭企业产生了更多的经济效益。
Taking a coal enterprise’s belt conveyor as the research object,the influence law of the belt running speed on the axial force of the deflecting rollers and the amount of runout was analyzed,showing that the increase of the belt speed would increase the amount of belt runout.By reducing the belt speed parameter by 0.1 m/s,the number of belt conveyor runout stoppages per week was reduced by about 8,the conveyor efficiency was increased by nearly 8%,one to two workers were saved in conveyor belt operation and maintenance,and the investment in coal production was reduced,resulting in more economic benefits for the coal enterprise.
