摘要
为提高驱动滚筒运行整体可靠性,提出综合使用SolidWorks以及Ansys软件对滚筒受力进行模拟,并针对性进行改进优化。优化后皮带输送机驱动滚筒受力更为均衡,故障发生率明显降低,现场取得较为显著的应用成果。
In order to improve the overall reliability of the drive pulley operation,a comprehensive simulation of the forces on the pulley using Solid Works and Ansys software was proposed,and targeted improvement and optimisation was carried out.The optimized belt conveyor drive pulley is more balanced and the failure rate is significantly reduced,resulting in more significant application results on site.
