摘要
海洋工程具有系统性强、投入高、工艺要求高、风险性高等一系列特点,对项目里程碑节点、重要时间节点有着相对较为严苛的要求,一旦进度拖延,往往会因此而造成非常大的连锁反应,因此做好海油工程的进度管控工作尤为重要。基于此,文章在探讨与研究的进程之中,对海油工程进度以及产品质量的控制管理措施这一课题进行了深度化、全面化的探讨,以力求提高海油工程进度和产品质量控制,并保证各项海油工程的顺利实施。
With a series of characteristics such as strong systematicness, high investment, high process requirements and high risk,offshore engineering has relatively strict requirements on project milestone nodes and important time nodes. Once the progress is delayed, it will often cause a very large chain reaction. Therefore, it is particularly important to do a good job in the progress control of offshore engineering. Based on this, in the process of discussion and research, the article has carried out in-depth and comprehensive discussion on the subject of COOEC progress and product quality control management measures, in order to strive to improve COOEC progress and product quality control, and ensure the smooth implementation of various COOEC projects.
