摘要
本文梳理了目前国内预制蔬菜净菜加工装备,重点对预制蔬菜净菜加工装备主要功能特点等进行总结,对存在的问题进行了剖析并提出了建议,为今后预制菜的发展提供参考。
This paper combed the current domestic equipment for processing prefabricated vegetables, mainly summarized the main functions and characteristics of the equipment for processing prefabricated vegetables,analyzed the existing problems, and put forward suggestions to provide reference for the development of prefabricated vegetables in the future.
