摘要
心房颤动(房颤)是世界范围内最常见的成人心律失常,其主要危害是卒中。目前,对于非瓣膜性房颤患者采取药物抗凝防止卒中发生是主要治疗策略,但在老年患者存在诸多问题。经皮左心耳封堵术的开展有效解决了此类问题。然而,其术后并发症——器械相关血栓的发生是当前临床实践中的焦点问题之一,故本文拟对其诊断治疗研究进展作一综述。
Atrial fibrillation(AF)is the most common cardiac arrhythmia in adults worldwide,and its main hazard is stroke.At present,drug anticoagulation to prevent stroke is the main treatment strategy for patients with non-valvular AF,but there are many problems in elderly patients.Percutaneous closure of left atrial appendage has effectively solved such problems.However,the occurrence of device-related thrombus,a postoperative complication,is one of the focal problems in current clinical practice.Therefore,this article reviews the research progress of its diagnosis and treatment.
