深浅冷处理对2A12铝合金厚板表面残余应力的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Deep and Shallow Cryogenic Treatment on Surface Residual Stress of 2A12 Aluminum Alloy Thick Plate

摘要 为了分析深浅冷处理对2A12铝合金厚板表面残余应力的影响,采用无损检测法测试了2A12铝合金厚板表面的残余应力,并对比深冷处理和浅冷处理两种工艺对2A12铝合金厚板表面残余应力的改善效果,采用透射电镜分析了冷处理降低表面残余应力的微观影响机理。结果表明:经浅冷处理(-80℃×12 h)铝合金试样表面残余应力比未经冷处理铝合金试样降低了51.6%,经深冷处理(-196℃×12 h)铝合金试样表面残余应力比未经冷处理试样降低了20.3%。探索出在相同的深冷时间内,浅冷处理(-80℃×12 h)比深冷处理(-196℃×12 h)降低2A12铝合金表面残余应力效果更显著。 To analyze the influence of deep and shallow cold treatment on the surface residual stress of 2A12 aluminum alloy thick plates, the residual stress of aluminum alloy thick plate was tested by nondestructive testing method, and the effects of the two processes of cryogenic treatment and shallow cooling treatment on the surface residual stress of 2A12 aluminum alloy thick plate were compared. The micro-effect mechanism of reducing surface residual stress by cold treatment was analyzed by transmission electron microscope. The results show that the surface residual stress of aluminum alloy samples treated with shallow cooling(-80 ℃×12 h) is 51.6% lower than that of aluminum alloy samples with out cooling treatment.The surface residual stress of aluminum alloy samples treated by cryogenic treatment(-196 ℃×12 h) is reduced by 20.3%compared with that of uncooled samples. The effect of shallow cooling treatment(-80 ℃×12 h) on the surface residual stress of aluminum alloy is more significant than that of cryogenic treatment(-196 ℃×12 h) in the same cryogenic time.
