党领导下的社会治理现代化研究现状评述及前沿趋势——基于CiteSpace的知识图谱分析被引量：2

摘要党的十八届三中全会首次提出了“社会治理”的概念,不仅实现了社会管理概念向社会治理理念的新飞跃,也标志着新时代我国社会治理向社会治理现代化新格局进一步转变。及时梳理分析中国共产党领导下的社会治理研究,科学地了解其演进逻辑及现状热点,有助于新时代加强和创新社会治理。采用CiteSpace软件对中国知网的478篇社会治理现代化文献进行可视化分析,研究发现自党的十八届三中全会以来,社会治理现代化研究呈现快速发展趋势,聚焦于社会治理现代化和党建引领,注重社会治理创新。未来研究应从创新具有中国特色的社会治理研究范式、政党的执政能力、党的领导与社会治理民主化的内在关系和逻辑思路等方面开展,以提升社会治理效能,助推国家治理体系和治理能力现代化。 The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward the concept of“social governance”for the first time,which not only realized the new leap from the concept of social management to the concept of social governance,but also marked the further transformation of China’s social governance to the new pattern of social governance modernization in the new era.A timely review and analysis of research on social governance under the leadership of the Communist Party of China will help strengthen and innovate social governance in the new era.Therefore,using Citespace software to conduct a visual analysis of 478 articles on CNKI,the study found that since the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,the research on the modernization of social governance has shown a rapid development trend,focusing on the modernization of social governance and the guidance of Party building,further emphasizing social governance innovation.Looking forward to the future,we should further optimize governance means and improve the efficiency of social governance by concentrating on the innovation of research paradigm,the improvement of social governance ability of political parties and the democratization of social governance,so as to promote the modernization of national governance system and governance ability.
