污泥热泵干化机的物联网智能监控设备研发 被引量:4

摘要 目的:针对污泥热泵干化时设备分布零散难以集群管控,以及污泥含水率数据无法实时检测等工程问题,研究设计了一种物联网监控系统。方法:分析讨论污泥热泵干化机的系统功能需求、总体方案设计、监控因子确定等因素,并对系统硬件、软件、物联网云平台等进行模块化设计,以STM32、NB-IoT和阿里云为核心开发了一种能实现数据采集、远程传输、设备上云、故障报警等功能的污泥热泵干化专用智能监控设备,最后进行了稳定性测试。结果:现场软件和硬件测试结果表明,该设备能够更快地完成实时数据采集和有效监控、报警,实行云端管理。结论:该智能监控设备有效地实现了污泥干化设备的集群管理和含水率的实时检测,实现了互联性和智能化,并具有操作简便、功能强和易于二次开发等优点。 Aims:In order to solve the engineering problems of the difficulty in cluster management due to scattered devices distribution during sludge heat pump drying and the inability to detect real-time sludge moisture content data,an IoT(Internet of Things)monitoring system was proposed and designed.Methods:The system function requirements,its overall scheme design,and the monitoring factor determination of the sludge heat pump dryer were analyzed and discussed.Then,the hardware and software of the system and the IoT cloud platform were designed modularly.With STM32,NB-IoT and Alibaba Cloud as its core,an intelligent monitoring equipment for sludge heat pump drying was developed.The equipment could realize the functions of data collection,remote transmission,equipment clouding,fault alarm and so on.Finally,the stability for this equipment was tested.Results:The software and hardware test results showed that the real-time data collection,effective monitoring and alarm were achieved;and the cloud management was implemented.Conclusions:The cluster management for sludge drying equipment and the real-time detection for sludge moisture content are realized by the intelligent monitoring equipment.Connectivity and intelligence are also realized.Furthermore,the advantages of simple operation,strong function and easy secondary development are offered.
