摘要
多囊卵巢综合征基本病机以脾肾亏虚为本,痰瘀湿热互结为标。治疗时主张“化痰行滞,活血祛瘀”治其标,时刻不忘“补肾健脾”治其本。谨记清热苦寒药物不可过度应用,以免进一步耗伤阳气。重视情志因素及生活调摄对多囊卵巢综合征发病及转归的影响。根据患者具体情况,采用中医内外合治的方法及中西医结合的综合疗法,取得满意的治疗效果。
The basic pathogenesis of polycystic ovary syndrome is based on Spleen and Kidney deficiency,with Phlegm,stasis,Humidity and Heat being the symptoms.In treatment,it is advocated to"dissolve Phlegm and stagnation as well as activating blood and removing stasis",and focusing on"nourishing the Kidney and strengthening the Spleen"during the process.Besides,it should be remembered that Heat clearing drugs with bitter and cold characters should not be overused so as to avoid further depleting the patient′s Yang Qi.At the same time,great attention should be paid to the influence of emotional factors and life regulation on the incidence and prognosis of polycystic ovary syndrome.According to the specific situation of the patient,the method of internal and external combination of traditional Chinese medicine and the comprehensive treatment of integrative medicine is adopted,which would satisfactory treatment results can be achieved.
