摘要
运用文献资料、归纳分析、案例分析、对比分析、逻辑分析等方法,界定体育服务综合体的概念,通过分析、比较、国外体育服务综合体建设的经验,为我国今后的发展提供帮助。研究表明国外体育服务综合体可以从以下内容提供经验与启示:1.因地制宜,推动产业链发展;2.运用PPP模式,使政府+企业+专业机构优势互补;3.借鉴AEG管理模式,重视无形资产的开发;4.开发升级B端系统管理场馆与C端APP。并为今后我国体育服务综合体建设策略提供思路。
Using literature,inductive analysis,case analysis,comparative analysis,logical analysis and other methods,define the concept of sports service complex,and provide help for the future development of our country through analysis,comparison,and the experience of foreign sports service complex construction.The research shows that foreign sports service complexes can provide experience and inspiration from the following contents:1.Adapt measures to local conditions to promote the development of the industrial chain;2.Use the PPP model to complement the advantages of the government+enterprises+professional institutions;3.Learn from the AEG management model and pay attention to the invisible asset development;4.Develop and upgrade B-side system management venues and C-side APP.And provide ideas for the construction strategy of my country's sports service complex in the future.
