阐述电力调度中的安全问题,预防风险的措施,做到最大可能降低安全风险,需要评估工程人员严格执行操作流程、对工作条件的风险评估分析。
This paper describes the safety problems in power dispatching, measures to prevent risks and minimize the safety risks. It is necessary to evaluate the engineering personnel to strictly implement the operation process and risk assessment and analysis of working conditions.
