摘要
随着消费者对车辆外观质量关注度的不断提高,国内重卡各大主机厂在整车漆膜外观性能与质量方面进行了一定的改进与提升。其中一项措施就是零部件防锈蚀能力的改进,当前备受关注的就是铸件锈蚀问题。铸件广泛应用在重卡的底盘、车身、电子电器等方面,其性能与外观对整车外观质量有着重要作用。其结合某公司产品出现的铸件锈蚀问题,通过采用SEM(扫描电子显微镜)等分析其涂层微观形貌,并通过盐雾试验验证其改进前后的防腐性能,提出了铸件锈蚀的原因与改进建议。
With the customers increasing attention to the appearance and quality of vehicles,major domestic heavy-duty truck OEMs have made certain improvements and enhancements in the appearance and quality of the paint film of the entire vehicle.One of them is the improvement of the corrosion resistance of parts,and the issue of casting corrosion is currently concerned.Castings are widely used in heavy truck chassis,bodywork,electronic appliances and other systems.Their performance and appearance play an important role in the quality of the entire vehicle.In this paper,combined with the corrosion problems of castings in a company’s products,the micromorphology of the coating was analyzed by SEM and the anti-corrosion performance before and after the improvement was verified through the salt spray test.The analysis and improvement suggestions for the corrosion of the castings were put forward.
