摘要
湖南省外贸发展迅猛,跨境电商凭借其全球化、共享性特点,有利于湖南省进出口的高质量发展。以湖南省跨境电商商家数量、商品品类数量、物流产业增加值、R&D经费投入及广告经营额作为跨境电商指标,从贸易规模和贸易结构等方面研究跨境电商对湖南省进出口贸易的影响,实证表明跨境电商商家数量增加、物流产业发展与技术创新能够有效优化贸易结构、扩大贸易规模。因此,提出加强物流基础设施建设、加强技术创新、完善中小企业扶持政策以促进高质量发展跨境电商,推动内陆省份对外贸易高效发展。
The foreign trade of Hunan Province is developing rapidly.Cross-border e-commerce,with its globalization and sharing characteristics,is conducive to the high-quality development of import and export in Hunan Province.This paper takes the number of cross-border e-commerce merchants,the number of commodity categories,the added value of logistics industry,the R&D investment and the amount of advertising as the indicators of cross-border e-commerce in Hunan Province,and studies the influence of cross-border e-commerce on the import and export trade of Hunan Province from the aspects of trade scale and trade structure.The empirical results show that the increase in the number of cross-border e-commerce merchants,the development of logistics industry and technological innovation can effectively optimize the trade structure and expand the trade scale.Therefore,it is proposed to strengthen logistics infrastructure construction,strengthen technological innovation and improve policies to support small and medium-sized enterprises to promote high-quality cross-border e-commerce and promote the efficient development of foreign trade in inland provinces.
