控制棒驱动机构耐压壳顶部螺母破拆修复工艺

摘要 在机组装换料大修期间,根据预防性维修大纲会对控制棒驱动机构顶部螺母进行拆装。经查阅历史检修记录可知,螺母与螺杆咬死现象发生率极高,咬死后维修人员手工破切螺母,无标准检修工艺约束,易导致因检修方式不当引起的驱动机构耐压壳损伤,机组无法运行的风险。根据历史检修经验反馈,专门设计了一套控制棒驱动机构顶部螺母破拆修复工艺。该工艺依托专用工装执行,以达到耐压壳主体结构不受破坏的前提下进行咬死螺母破切及螺杆螺纹修复工作。 CRDM top nuts are mounting and dismounting in refueling outages according to preventive maintenance programs.Referring to historical maintenance records, there is a high incidence of nuts and screws biting, causing maintenance personnel break nuts manually. With no standard maintenance process constraints, it is easy to cause pressure shell damage of driving mechanism as a result of improper maintenance mode, and the unit is not operating properly. A set of CRDM top nut breaking repair technology is specially designed to help solve the problems. ■e technology relies on special tooling to break the bitten nut and repair the screw thread so that the main structure of the pressure shell is not destroyed.
