摘要
采用滴定法测定肥皂中氯化物含量的方法,通过测量重复性、标准滴定溶液浓度(硝酸银、硫氰酸铵)、样品质量、NH4SCN体积、前处理过程等因素的不确定度评定,进行不确定度的计算合成,最后求出样品中两种不确定度,即氯化物含量的合成标准以及扩展不确定度。结果表明:肥皂样品的氯化物含量为(0.35±0.02)%,经过全面分析不确定度,获悉测量重复性的不确定度是左右氯化物含量不确定度的主要因素,而在称量样品质量时形成的不确定度是次要因素。
The titration method is used to determine the chloride content in soap. By evaluating the uncertainty of measurement repeatability, concentration of standard titration solution(silver nitrate, ammonium thiocyanate), sample quality, NH4SCN volume, pretreatment process and other factors, the uncertainty is calculated and combined. Finally, two kinds of uncertainties in the sample, namely the synthetic standard of chloride content and the extended uncertainty, are obtained. The results show that the chloride content of the soap sample is(0.35 ± 0.02)%. Through comprehensive analysis of the uncertainty, it is learned that the uncertainty of measurement repeatability is the main factor affecting the uncertainty of the chloride content, and the uncertainty formed when weighing the sample mass is the secondary factor.
