摘要
“互联网+”就业新模式下求职与招聘两者耦合的网络渠道层出不穷,更有新兴渠道在此基础上已融入社交属性。大学生作为互联网的主要用户群体,同时也是借助网络渠道进行求职的重要群体。以广东某高校毕业生为研究对象,通过职业生涯规划、方向调整、简历制作、求职时间、求职广度等维度,探究网络求职行为对求职结果产生的影响,最后分别从毕业生及用人单位角度提出相应建议。
Under the new employment mode of “Internet+”, online channels coupling job application and recruitment emerge one after another, and more emerging channels have been integrated into social attributes on this basis. As the main user group of the Internet, college students are also an important group to apply for jobs through network channels. Taking the college graduates in a uninversity of Guangdong as the research object, this paper explores the impact of online job-hunting behavior on job-hunting results through career planning, direction adjustment, resume making, job-hunting time, and job-hunting breadth, and then puts forward corresponding suggestions from the perspective of graduates and employers.
