摘要
某钢桁架桥在施工过程中需要保证流域的通航,通航孔净宽达22 m,为此提出了一种在大跨度贝雷梁支架上进行桁架散装的施工方案。施工前采用有限元分析软件对施工过程进行模拟,验证了该方案理论的可实施性,并采用分析结果指导支撑架上施工预拱度值的设置。最终,该施工方案顺利落地,且实际成桥线形与理论高程的高度吻合。
During the construction of a steel truss bridge,it is necessary to ensure the navigation of the river basin,and the clear width of the navigation hole is up to 22 m.Therefore,a construction scheme of truss bulk on the large-span bailey beam bracket is proposed.Before construction,the finite element analysis software is used to simulate the construction process,which verifies the feasibility of the scheme theory,and the analysis results are used to guide the setting of construction pre-camber value on the support frame.Finally,the construction scheme was successfully implemented,and the actual bridge alignment was consistent with the height of the theoretical elevation.
