摘要
随着我国国家发展目标不断更新,早期建筑的改造工作逐渐被提上日程。以华南地区的独栋二层别墅为研究对象,采取实地调研、走访等方法研究建筑能耗,结合典型建筑的节能诊断和潜力分析方法,对华南地区独栋别墅节能改造的技术路线进行了初步研究。
With the continuous updating of China’s national development goals, the renovation of early buildings is gradually put on the agenda. The single two-storey villas in South China are the research objects. Taking field research,visiting as research methods, which are combined with the energy-saving diagnosis and potential analysis of typical buildings, in order to get preliminary study about the technical route of energy-saving renovation of single villas in South China.
