摘要
目的探讨吲哚美辛、布洛芬联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗卵巢囊肿的效果及安全性。方法60例卵巢囊肿患者随机分为两组,对照组采用吲哚美辛+布洛芬治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗,比较两组的疗效及安全性。结果治疗后,观察组的总有效率高于对照组,中医证候积分、囊肿直径以及E2、P水平均低于对照组,FSH水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论吲哚美辛+布洛芬+桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗卵巢囊肿效果显著,安全性高。
Objective To explore the effect and safety of indomethacin,ibuprofen combined with Guizhi Fuling capsule in the treatment of ovarian cysts.Methods 60 patients with ovarian cysts were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with indomethacin+ibuprofen,and the observation group was treated with Guizhi Fuling capsule on the basis of the control group.The efficacy and safety were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the TCM symptom score,cyst diameter,and levels of E2and P were lower than those of the control group,and the FSH level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reaction occurred in both groups.Conclusions Indomethacin+ibuprofen+Guizhi Fuling capsule in the treatment of ovarian cysts has obvious effect and high safety.
